There were TWO days that I was over 12,000 steps. Yep, Pretty pleased with myself. Of course, that’s dropped off considerably since I got home and back to work. I really need to change my habits if I’m going to make a difference over time.
In other news… I’m considering “voice.” I feel like I’ve re-found my voice in this blog. But not so much in my
real vanilla life. I really need to figure out what I need to do differently. Sigh.
It’s not like I don’t have plenty to say. I do. I have all kinds of things that I want to share. Has my own inner critic just gotten so loud it silences me? Maybe…
