Running a bit late posting today, and I’m actually supposed to be working, but I’m on a roll here on the blog and enjoying it, so I don’t want to break my streak.

- Steps: Average = 6,190; Range – 5,100 – 8,100
- Glucose Range: 122-141
- Sleep: 5 hrs, 58 minutes
All in all, not bad. Not great, but not terrible either. And the step count was good.
In other news, MP is back from his out of town trip and came back with a bit more energy and is more active than he has been in a while. That’s good to see.
My daughter was in town for 3 days and had to leave again for the next conference – the last for a while, we hope. At this point, she is missing the kids almost as much as they’re missing her. My life is kind of settling into the child care routine, and I don’t mind it. But I won’t mind handing it back to her either!
Change is coming my way, I don’t know what it will look like yet, but it’s coming. Which makes me think of this quote:
“What’s comin’ will come and we’ll meet it when it does.”

But I don’t think it’s something bad coming, just new challenges, new adventures, and good times. Always good times…
