I’ve had a lovely day so far, and have enjoyed everything from opening presents to writing this blog post! In fairness, I’ll tell you that it hasn’t been perfect. There have been moments of sadness, loneliness, and frustration. I don’t want to give anyone the idea that my life is just Merry, Merry all the time. But overall, it’s been a lot of joy.
