Wellness Wednesday 10-16

I am already feeling better. Doing better.

All of that is better. I’ve taken time to walk, I’ve moved around a lot. I have had an interesting week with the grandkids and am enjoying listening to the Healing Trauma Summit. My daughter will be home Thursday and I’m excited about that of course!

There are still lots of things I”d like to do that I’m not doing, but I don’t feel as constantly overwhelmed, or as inadequate to ever do them, so that’s good. I’m enjoying blogging, and for me, it’s a great way to stay in touch with myself.

I love writing erotica and it keeps me a bit stirred up which is not bad. MP has been super kind and supportive lately and it would be churlish of me to respond by finding someone else to be submissive to, so that’s off the table. I will have to content myself with erotica.

Just be warned, I never finish the stories I start. Even if I have an ending for them in my head, I never get there. That is probably an analogy for life, right?

    Well done on the stats, that is awesome:) I seem to be going in the wrong direction, scales not where I want them and feeling frumpy lol.

    So glad to hear you are feeling less overwhelmed too and that MP is being so supportive.
