i’ve been MIA for a couple of days now – partly because i’ve been trying to spend less time in front of the computer, and partly because i’ve just been caught up in all kinds of mundaneness.   Pleasant stuff for the most part, but still.

So. Let me start getting caught up.  An important truth…

If our actions aren’t in alignment with our values, we’ll have a hard time living a life that satisfies us.   If the way we live and the choices we make conflict with what we think is important, it won’t feel good.

That doesn’t mean we have to do the right thing all the time, cause who knows what that is?  Sometimes we do, sometimes we’re just fumbling around.  But if we aren’t being guided by our own values, the path we’re on won’t take us where we want to go.
