You’ve probably noticed that this blog has seen more action in the last month than in the whole year preceding it! It’s been an amazing month.
One of the pleasures that I haven’t talked about before is discovering new blogs and connecting with some interesting bloggers. I’ve been thinking about following Sir Jon’s example and starting a Blog roll page for the active blogs I love. You can already find links to all the blogs I follow in the side bar on my blog, but some of those are – maybe many of them – are not active. Maybe having a separate page with a bit more description about the blog and why I love it would be interesting. This also has the potential to be another project started and never finished, cause that’s how I am. But it would be fun…
As the year rolls to an end, I’m going to spend part of the day reviewing the last 12 months. I found a wonderful resource called Year Compass that offers a free booklet you can use to walk through a process of ending the year and starting the new one.
I also have some new toys from Sir that we haven’t played with yet! I think I might actually review the toys after I have some experience with them. I mean, we’re talking about a couple of vibrator type toys, including one that he can operate via remote control from any distance. Can you imagine how much fun we’ll have with that? Yikes!
This last month has been such a joyful whirlwind of submissive pleasure – and pain – which, as you know, is also pleasure – all spinning around together. This has kept me all jazzed up and turned on, which has been lovely, with intermittent bouts of sub drop, which have been unpleasant for both of us. As we move into the New Year, I’ve had to acknowledge that I need to increase my focus on the more mundane activities in my life.
My Sir has agreed to give me the space I need to focus, concentrate, and be more mindful of other things, in addition to the pleasure I find in pleasing and obeying him. He’ll just use a lighter hand to keep me in place. (My first application of the word of the year – light! Thank you, Sir!). He’ll have the same place in my heart, and I’ll still obey and please him, just being more intentional about when that is my focus. I trust that we can make this work because I trust him and know that he cares about me. Loves me and cares about me…
Anyhow, I have the grands for New Year’s Eve so our celebration will be lively and rated G. I hope you’re out there having a kinky good time!!

I have been having trouble with my focus being on my kinky mind too lately lol. We have recently re-kindled our dynamic … which means it was a kinky new year’s eve 😊 I’m very tired today with a tender ass lol.
