Getting ready to head into the week. Babysitting the grands until Thursday, which has been fun and great exercise and I’m deeply grateful for school.

There is a lot more of the Trauma Healing Summit to watch, and I plan to spend some time on that. And of course my usual work. But since I’m watching the kids, and since my daughter got a job, I’m not pushing real hard at making progress on my business. There will be time for that once I get through the babysitting weeks.

I’ve been carrying so much anxiety, I can feel myself beginning to unfold now and am really appreciating it.
