i’ve strained my wrist.  Just a bit of swelling and pain, but it’s going to hinder my keyboarding skills for a while.


Not saying i wont be here at all, but i’ll be limited.  Hope y’all are having a good one.

  1. Have you tried moist heat? If you do 20 mins cold then 20 heat it may help. I take a towel and wet in and microwave it for three minutes if I don’t have anything else. Thinking of you and sending healing energy

    • Thanks, Jade, i hadn’t tried that, i had only iced it. It’s much better today – I kept a brace on it yesterday, which helped, and i’m sure the healing energy did too, Thanks!
